Are family or friends able to help? If not, ask your support worker to make an application for white goods or any other essential item, to the Worcester City Council's Discretionary Welfare Assistance Scheme.

If your Platform Housing Wellbeing Fund application or your DWAS application is unsuccessful or other statutory services, such as the County Council, in respect of services for children and adults are unable to meet your needs, then you may consider applying here. We may be able to help if:
- You are living in Worcester City
- You can demonstrate financial need
- You have a support worker to assist you, such as a:
Citizens Advice Adviser
Housing Officer
Health Visitor
Social Worker

Please ask your support worker to click on the link below to download a fillable pdf grant application form. Save the blank fillable pdf form to a PC. They should then open and complete the 3 page pdf form with free software Adobe Acrobat reader. When completed your support worker should attach the pdf form to an email and send to admin@wmcharities.org.uk

2024 Deadlines for monthly grant applications are 12noon on: Thursday, 11th January, 8th February, 7th March, 4th April, 9th May, 6th June, 11th July, 8th August, 5th September, 10th October, 7th November, 5th December.
The above monthly applications will be considered by the Trustees at their monthly meetings on: 17th January, 14th February, 13th March, 10th April, 15th May, 12th June, 17th July, 14th August, 11th September, 16th October, 13th November, 11th December. |
