Are family or friends able to help? If not - please make an application for white goods to the Discretionary Welfare Assistance Scheme first click here for information. If your DWAS application is unsuccessful or if the DWAS is unable to meet your needs then you may consider applying here.
We may be able to help if:

  • You are living in Worcester City
  • You can demonstrate financial need
  • You have a support worker to assist you, such as:
    a CAB/Whabac adviser
    Health Visitor
    Social Worker
